Yarns & Dyeing Process
The yarn I use for dyeing is ethically sourced and cruelty/mulesing free.
All yarn is dyed, dried and packaged solely by me in a smoke and pet free home.

I thoroughly quality check each skein of yarn prior to wrapping.
I use an unscented wool wash in the final rinse of my dyed yarn.
I try to represent colours as accurately as possible but colour may vary depending on the monitor used to view it.
As with all hand dyed yarn, a little colour may bleed on the first wash, especially from darker more saturated colours.
I recommend always washing items made from hand dyed yarn by hand in cool water with a mild wool wash – I use Eucalan.
Don’t use harsh detergents and never use fabric softener.
Shipping
I aim to ship all ready to ship orders within 1-3 working days of payment.
All UK items will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class post. Upgrades are available for a Signed For option.
Shipping to the EU is by International Standard with the option to upgrade to Tracked & Signed.
International shipping to outside of the EU is by International Standard with the option to upgrade to International Tracked & Signed - I strongly recommend using this option as International Standard shipping DOES NOT cover for any loss of goods in the post and offers NO tracking information.
Standard postage (UK) and International Standard (the rest of the world) DOES NOT cover any insurance for reimbursement or replacement of your delivery should the worst happen and it goes astray in the postal system.
